Dhayari, in the southern portion of Pune, is a rising residential location surrounded by natural flora and picturesque hill views. The area is close to Narhe, Nanded, and Vadgaon Budruk, and is located near the intersection of Sinhgad Road and NH-48. Dhayari provides a nice residential scenery and a calm setting, with Khadakwasla Lake located 5 kilometres to the west. Furthermore, its central position provides easy access to the city centre as well as the key IT centres of Hinjewadi and Hadapsar. The area primarily consists of residential apartment complexes and a few villa projects, both completed and in the planning stages.
