Sagitarius Ecospaces Llp is incorporated in 2017.  Designated Partners of Sagitarius Ecospaces Llp are Shirin Farrokh Wadia, Janak Vikram Nabar, Statira Farrokh Wadia, and Wadia Framji Farrokh.

To make this vision a reality, the developers have appointed Ananta Landwise Pvt Ltd as Development Managers for the project.

Along with being the Development Managers for Bluegrass Residences, Ananta Landwise has been instrumental in getting on board Brookfield properties to invest in a built-to-suit commercial IT development. Brookfield is one of the world’s largest real estate investment funds. This commercial development is situated on a land parcel which is a part of an integrated development  by Nephronia Ecospaces whose proprietor is the same as Sagitarius Ecospaces LLP. With this office space being developed in near proximity of the residential development, “Walk To Work,” which is a dream for many will finally be a reality for a few.
